ADI Evidence download page   

Enter password to get file listings. Click the load button to open the file. If the options don't appear, click on the interior toolbar and select 'standard' to display print and download buttons. Click on the 'ADI evidence' button on the left margin to return to the evidence main menu. Click on a column heading to sort by that column. IMPORTANT: You may only view a file twice. After two viewings, you will NOT be able to download the file. If you want continued access to the file, please save it. You may click the button to the right of the grid to update the number of times a file has been viewed.

Browser compatibility note: This page works with Avante Browser and Internet Explorer; it does not work with Firefox.  Mac users should use Safari. 

IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING:  Cut and paste the url in the "HLAddr" field into a new browser window.  If there are pound signs (#) before or after the URL, delete them.  If no URL appears, the internet connection was lost during the upload and the file needs to be uploaded again.
