INSTRUCTIONS:  You must first scan any eligibility documents and save them as image files (.jpg, etc.).  Once scanned, you can upload the image file.  When you hit the upload button an email will automatically be sent to both CEDA and the NDT notifying them that eligibility documents have been posted.  You should consult the governing documents of each body to determine what is required for eligibility verification (www.ndtdebate.com -- see governing documents -- and www.cedadebate.org -- see constitution).  As an unoffical interpretation, CEDA requires a letter signed by the Director and the NDT requires an official document from the university.  You may delete documents using the grid at the bottom of the page.  Your upload has been accepted when it appears on the grid.  If no grid appears, no documents are presently uploaded.  ORIGINAL NDT DOCUMENTS MUST STILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE NDT CHAIR, TIM O'DONNELL.  If you submit compliant documents, you do not need to send them to each organization separately.
