OK, so as the grunt who keeps NDT and CEDA points it would REALLY HELP me if the names were always the same. By participating in this page, you will be helping to keep results on-line, keeping the CEDA and NDT points accurate, and getting bid and ranking information correct. So, thanks!
Step one is to set up an account for your school and log in. Obviously, each school should have one account. If you have an account and know your password, just type it in and click the login button. Poof, you're in. If you're not sure if you had a password or can't remember it, you can follow the link for password help. If you don't think your school has an account, follow the link to set up a new account and follow the directions on subsequent pages.
Once you're logged in, follow the "Enter, edit, or remove names" link and type in the names of all your competitors and judges. You remove names by indicating that the competitor or judge is not active. The only tricky part is that the name boxes are the same for judges and debaters, so after you've entered a name make sure you click the right button. Please read the directions for hiring judges from other schools and/or hybrid teams -- basically, you shouldn't enter people not from your school in this page, and you can easily access their information from the entry pages.
If you want, at any time you can edit the contact info for your school -- change names, addreses, passwords, and stuff -- by following the "edit account" link.
After your account is set up, the names are entered, and you are logged in, follow the "Calendar" link to view tournament invitations, look up details about the tournament (or email the director), enter the tournament, and if the tournament director has it set up, enter your judge prefs on-line. One REALLY COOL feature of the on-line prefs is that they automatically link to judging philosophies and the complete judging record for the year.
